We are very lucky to be based along the gorgeous coastline of East Lothian, a short train journey away from Edinburgh.
However, location needn’t be a determining factor in your choice of consultant. Many of our recent projects have been successfully completed online and without the need for in-person meetings. We will be guided by your preference on mode of communication.
Who we are
Zoe Lovell LLB(Hons) Dip LP
Business owner Zoe Lovell trained as a chartered accountant after completing her law degree and legal diploma at the University of Edinburgh. A move to work with a large engineering firm gave her the opportunity to retrain as a bid manager, combining her love of facts, figures and processing with the capacity to be more creative. She led on winning bids worth up to £1.5m for a variety of departments.
As a mother of three, she took some time out from her career but found herself called on to complete fundraising applications for local charities. This reignited a passion for the bidding process and, after setting up her business, she has successfully secured funding for various charities, as well as helping private clients to win some significant public contracts.
Network of consultants
Zoe will oversee all contracts undertaken by the business. When an increase in capacity is required for bigger jobs, or where proposals/applications would benefit from input from a particular specialist, we can call on the wide network of consultants we have worked with in recent years. They include bid specialists, an HR consultant, copy editor and a cultural engagement manager. You will be introduced to them before they are brought to work on your project.
